The Snell House Remodel Project: This housing site, located at 720 Snell Street in Sonora, California, has two 3-bedroom, 2 bath houses with a large, shared yard. The two houses were recently renovated and upgrades installed. The intended is for transitional housing for up to a twoyear stay for Homeless Services program participants. The work on the house includes a new roof and other minor fixes based upon the pest report on both of the homes on the site. Most of the work on this project relates to the exterior of the house and property. The property has drainage issues in the back and side yards. The plans include extensive deck work in the back along with grading needed in the front yard and paving of the driveway.
