The selected provider shall furnish trained and licensed Security Officers to operate the Evolv Weapon Management Detection System during after-hour special events such as sporting events, dances, and graduation ceremonies. The responsibilities and expectations include the following: 1. Licensing & Compliance a. All providers must hold a valid California BSIS Private Patrol Operator’s License. b. All Security Officers must possess a valid California BSIS Security Guard Card. c. The provider must have a supervisor physically located within Sacramento, Placer, or Yolo County. 2. Personnel & Staffing a. Provide at least 2-3 Security Officers per Evolv Weapon Management Detection System per event. b. Security Officers must be properly trained in operating the Evolv Weapon Management Detection System and performing secondary security screening as needed. c. Security Officers must wear identifiable, uniformed attire that is visible from a distance. 3. Mandatory Training a.
