Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Performance of system administrative maintenance should be available, including additions and deletions of employees, providing activity reports via internet and email on a regular or as needed basis should the District choose to utilize this feature. B. The central monitoring station must have internet reporting capabilities accessible by the District. Security personnel are to be provided access to the system, with individual user accounts. C. Vendor should provide a detailed description of connectivity requirements and options. (i.e. Data Lines, Cell Data, Telephone 'POTS' Land Lines, etc.) D. Programmers must be provided and available to remotely program systems for codes and panel changes as needed. E. Vendor and all technicians must be DMP Certified for XR550 panels. Firm must have a valid Alarm Company Operators License and provide a qualified manager to handle the District account. All technicians must have a valid Alarm Company Employee Card issued by the State of California.
