Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will also include substantial site development, landscaping and infrastructure work which includes the following: • Demolition of existing hardscape, landscape, roots, and organic material on Parking Lot 8 that is in conflict with the project site. • Site Improvements of the Project site’s surrounding area to create better connectivity between the surrounding campus and the existing School of Business facilities. Upgrade the Path of Travel to the Project Site and the future accessible parking stalls. • Relocate/reroute any existing campus utility infrastructure in conflict with the Project Site. Tie-in to existing campus utility infrastructure such as Electrical power, Data, Fire Alarm, sewer, water, etc. • The new destination sites for the CNAS Genomics Storage Shed and CNAS Biocontrol building currently in the Project Site will also need to be developed, as outlined above, to allow for the construction of a new or relocated Bio-Control Building and Genomics Storage Building.
