Liquid Oxygen (LOX) Storage and Vaporization System - Furnish and install a 20,000-gallon liquid oxygen (LOX) storage tank, two vaporizers with the associated structural foundation, piping, electrical, and control systems, a walk-in enclosure containing the electrical and control equipment, connection to a new PG&E electrical service, and coordination work with PG&E for the new service. 2. Underwater Super Oxygenation System - Furnish and install an underwater super oxygenation system skid (Speece cone) with a 60-hp submersible pump, and a discharge diffuser system at the bottom of the reservoir at a depth of approximately 150 feet below water surface. 3. Oxygen Gas Pipe and Electrical Cables and Conduits from LOX System to Super Oxygenation Contactor - Furnish and install all the pipes and conduits, appurtenances, electrical and signal conduit cables from the LOX system to the super oxygenation contactor. 4. San Pablo Dam Access Road Improvements and New Entrance Gates - Furnish and construct improvements to San Pablo Dam Road turnout into Kennedy Grove access, furnish and install an electrically actuated gate and security camera, electrical and signal connections. 5. New Truck Turnaround - Construct a new truck turnaround area at the top the San Pablo Dam. At the Sobrante Water Treatment Plant 1. Install communication conduit and cables between an existing AT&T communication panel located in the Filter Gallery and the Experian DCS Server Room in the Operation Building.
