The City of Westminster, Public Works Department (hereinafter referred to as "CITY") is requesting proposals for the System Construction of the Valley View Street / Bolsa Chica Street Regional Signal Synchronization Project (RTSSP) in the City of Westminster. The Cities of Westminster, Huntington Beach and Garden Grove were awarded M2 grant from the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) to implement the Valley View Street /Bolsa Chica Street TSSP. The System Construction task of the project involves the procurement and installation of various field equipment, including traffic signal controllers, video detection systems, CCTV cameras, Ethernet switches, battery back up systems, pull boxes, conduits, conductors, and detector-lead-cable (DLC).
