Specifications include, but are not limited to: Suite 110 at Sacramento Valley Station is currently vacant and not currently used as occupied space. This project would be to remodel the existing space to build out a shell for a future restaurant Tenant Improvement. The work shall be as shown on the plans and specifications. Demolition work is minimal includes: coring floor slab for plumbing lines, removal of temporary lights, and removal of damaged windows.Provide and install: a temporary construction barrier with plywood, a Tbar ceiling, electrical receptacles,HVAC equipment, ducts and registers, wood finishes on doors and windows, coordination with sprinkler installer, gypsum board finish and insulation, reinstall door opener at an existing door, and finishes as called out on plans. Following construction, the floors are to be polished, cleaned and sealed. The kitchen will be installed by a tenant’s work and will not be part of this scope.
