Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall safely relocate equipment from its current location in the DAO’s North County Branch to its new location in the Hall of Justice. Inspection prior to relocation of equipment a. Contractor shall inspect the new location, prior to initiating any relocation efforts, for adequate spacing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical capability, and any other element that might interfere with proper function of equipment. b. Contractor shall inspect the equipment in old location and note any visible damage prior to initiating relocation. c. Contractor shall perform verify for functionality of equipment prior to initiating relocation. Relocation a. Contractor will shut down and de-install equipment. b. Equipment will be packaged as necessary in order to avoid damage to the equipment. c. Equipment will be transported and delivered to new location. Upon Delivery a. Once equipment is at new location, contractor will inspect the equipment for any new damages. b. Contractor shall re-install and re-boot equipment to its initial prompt. c. Contractor will change IP address within the Management processor to enable remote control.
