Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes furnishing and installing a new activated carbon odor control system, and any necessary ancillary parts needed to connect to the existing pipe, located at the Smith Canal Sanitary Pump Station. The Contractor shall also demolish and dispose of existing odor control system (P-600 Biofilter), place 2-inch bonded concrete overlay over existing concrete pad, and repair curb along existing concrete pad. The work shall be performed in accordance with the intent of the Contract Documents, including as stated in the Contract and the Technical and Special Provisions, excluding only the work indicated or specified to be provided by the City or others under separate contract or other arrangement. In the event of a conflict between the Project Specifications and the City of Stockton Standard Specifications and Plans, the Project Specifications shall take precedence.
