The California State Payroll System (CSPS) Solution will incorporate position control, personnel administration, benefits administration, time management (Core HR), travel and expense, and payroll functionality. ; 1. Developing, configuring, and implementing the Solution. 2. Supporting the State's data identification, cleansing, and validation tasks. 3. Migrating and validating converted data into the Solution. 4. Providing training. 5. Supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts. 6. Ongoing maintenance and operations of the Solution and hosting environment. 7. Transition out activities.
