The County of San Diego (County) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to seek input from all interested Design-Build Entities regarding development of the San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital (SDCPH) Conversion Project. The goal of the RFI is to obtain input on how best to develop and structure the SDCPH conversion project utilizing the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) delivery method to streamline the procurement process for all parties.
