Questions Regarding Solicitation #36C26126Q0082 Dairy Products Could you please advise on the expected delivery frequency per delivery each week for this solicitation? Is there a historical number per delivery? Are there additional documents or clarifications you require from us (e.g. proof of facility, insurance certificates, lab reports, supplier references)? Are the delivery days/times fixed (e.g., Tue/Fri, specific window), and how should holiday week adjustments be handled? What is the required minimum remaining shelf-life at delivery and any specific date-coding/labeling standards the VA enforces? Answers to Questions: We primarily order 2% milk, the skim and fat free chocolate can vary, historically we use more skim than the fat free chocolate milk, but they are very close by the end of the year in their quantities. For example, October 2024 we ordered 2650 of 2%, 650 skim and 600 fat free chocolate. September 2025, we ordered 2950 2%, 550 skim and 700 fat free chocolate milk. It really just depends on our average daily census and the diet types.
