The purpose of this RFP is to request proposals for a continuation and potential enhancement of an energy management software system for Roseville Electric Utility commercial customers at the Medium General Services (GS-2), Large General Services (GS-3), and Very Large General Services (GS-4) rates. An energy management software system will allow Roseville Electric Utility and our customers to monitor, analyze, and optimize energy consumption while providing insights into energy usage patterns, opportunities for improving efficiency, and reducing costs. The energy management software system should be accurate and scalable, and assist Roseville Electric Utility in meeting government mandates and managing power reliability. There may be opportunities to expand services to all customers and add water data to the service provided.
