Specifications include, but are not limited to: Expected consultant/subconsultant disciplines required to complete this feasibility study: • Public Outreach: Gather community/stakeholder input • Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) Modeling: Analyze flood protection benefits of various alternatives • Coastal Infrastructure Analysis: Analyze functional e@icacy and structural feasibility of various alternatives • Transportation Analysis: Analyze points of connection, multimodal opportunities, resultant transportation benefits • Economic Analysis: Conduct preliminary cost-benefit analysis of alternatives and explore potential funding strategies, including possible sources and budget estimates to assess feasibility. • Geotechnical Field Investigation: Gather data to inform structural feasibility of various alternatives • Bathymetric Field Investigation: Gather data to inform H&H analysis as well as feasibility of various infrastructure alternatives
