Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed under these Special Provisions consists of the renovation of Renfree Field and the adjacent parking lot within Del Paso Park in Sacramento, CA. The improvements will consist of 8.3 acres. Including: constructing a new parking lot, basketball court, pickleball courts, multi-use playing field and related improvements. The work will include demolition, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, site grading and drainage, regular and colored concrete flatwork, concrete curbs and mow strips, aggregate base, asphalt paving, cobbles, dry wells, painted striping, baseball field backstops, chain link fencing, foul poles, poly capping, a basketball court, four pickleball courts, automatic irrigation system, irrigation well pump, booster pump and central control system, irrigation audit, landscaping, providing trees, turf and native hydroseeding, plant maintenance period, site electrical, conduits and pull boxes, drinking fountains, rules signs, park entry sign and benches. The project includes the following additive alternates: parking lot and pathway lighting, turf sod, trash receptacles, bleachers, flagpole, bat racks, scorer’s table, post and cable fencing. storage containers, and conduit and pull boxes for future sports field lighting.
