The City of Santa Ana Police Department (SAPD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide recruitment, training, and staffing consulting services for the Police Department's Communications Division. OBJECTIVE This RFP aims to identify qualified, Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certified instructors and subject matter experts capable of addressing systemic root causes and creating long-term, sustainable solutions for our dispatcher recruitment, training and staffing challenges. The term "Vendor", “Proposer”, “Firm”, “Consultants”, and “Contractor” shall refer to any legal entity or entities submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
