Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City is seeking a proven, municipal commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Recreation and Facilities Software System to replace the City’s existing recreation software. The new system must consist of integrated modules to address the following top 8 functions: Ability to support multiple business units/multiple entities. The business units could be internal (i.e. other departments within the City) or external (i.e. entities outside the City) Facility Reservation for multiple business units or lines of business. The software shall allow for multiple departments or entities to setup their own facilities. Program Registration for multiple business units or lines of business. The software shall allow for multiple departments to setup their own programs. 24/7 Public Access/Internet-Facing, mobile friendly (responsive) platform for internal staff and external customers. Internal staff should be able to perform critical job functions via mobile platform, including running queries and reports. Customers should be able to browse, register for classes, or book reservations.
