Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, insurance, and services for site work including grading, site concrete including accessible parking space and walkways, site utility connections for electrical (w/ meter) and data / telecom connection (trenching + conduit only); construct structural concrete pad, 20’ x 70’ (1400sf) pre-engineered metal building (deferred approval/submittal), two (2) roll-up doors, man doors / frames including door hardware, painted plywood interior, metal pipe mounting system for equipment, HVAC systems, electrical, and conduit work for future data; and portable hawk mews (4 total), concrete footings / curbs, and associated site work including grading, pea gravel and crushed rock.
