Specifications include, but are not limited to: PREPARATION: Set up all safety equipment including but not limited to access controlled zones. APPLICATION: Remove all existing debris from roof and dispose. Clean all drains/waterways of debris Repair joints, laps and openings with 3-course. Coat gutters with elastomeric coating. Install screen over drains on the south side of the building to minimize clogging from debris. To implement housekeeping procedures at all times. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: CLEAN UP: Upon completion, vendor shall remove all job related debris from the job site. ACCESS: Contractor’s staff who will be working in the area shall secure working permit/ID from Facilities Management prior to start of work.
