Specifications include, but are not limited to: The proposed project would uninstall and replace original mostly ceiling-mounted surgical, exam, and recessed birthing lights, as well as equipment and anesthesia booms throughout the Ronald Reagan-UCLA Medical Center and the Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center. An RFP was completed for purchasing these equipment groups. Getinge was selected as the awarded vendor for all modalities. The current surgical lights, exam lights, and booms have functionality in the ORs and associated procedure rooms in medical procedure units, such as; gastrointestinal, catheterization labs, and interventional radiology areas; adult, pediatric, and neonatal ICUs; emergency department rooms; medical and surgical patient rooms; and neuropsychiatric patient rooms at both facilities.
