Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City seeks qualified bidders and practitioners to create a strategic implementationplan for two Cudahy neighborhood areas located within a half mile radius of the proposedSouth Gate-Cudahy (Firestone) Station and Huntington Park-Cudahy (Florence/SaltLake) Station and Cudahy’s entertainment/commercial corridor located on Atlantic Avenue. The plan scope identifies strategies for equitable development, community preservation, and placemaking elements for specific neighborhoods that will be affectedby both stations. The final deliverable will be one strategic plan analyzing both stations' neighborhoods. The project area map is found on Attachment E. Prospective bidders areencouraged to make recommendations based on identified needs to ensure successful completion of this project
