Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project aims to design a plan for widening Limonite Avenue from Bain Street to Homestead Street, including necessary drainage improvements. The scope of work will consist of the Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) Phase of the project. The existing conditions include two (2) travel lanes without curb and gutter. The proposed project widens Limonite Avenue to provide two (2) additional travel lanes, a raised center median and the addition of curb and gutter. An equestrian use trail will be added and located on the North side of the street while a multi-use path will be located on the South side. The project will include a culvert crossing at the Pyrite Channel located east of Bain Street and west of Beach Street. The plan must be designed according to Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (RCFC&WCD) Standards.
