Specifications include, but are not limited to: Management and operation of the Sacramento County animal licensing program including: A. Provide online services and mailing services to customers for application processing, licensing, and payment options including renewals, reminders, and correspondence. B. Provide all license supplies including license forms and tags. C. Provide customer service. D. Handle and deposit money. E. Maintain a database to collect and track license data, rabies vaccinations and other data needed to generate reports on operations and performance. F. Provide statistical reports as requested. G. Comply with all applicable state and local laws, codes and ordinances. H. Ability to provide kiosks or interface with third-party kiosks at County designated locations toprocess licenses and other processes as needed to support licensing. I. Supply County with licenses tags or mail license tags to individuals within ten business days after receipt of complete licensing documents and full payment.
