Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The removal and replacement of an existing pipe burst approximately 80’ of 4” of sewer pipe lateral from Humanities building cleanout, located in planter west of main entry to building. The replacement method shall include a trenchless pipe approach. Additionally, the repair shall also include approximately 10’ of 4” vertical stack from lateral to 6” main using pipe liner material. 2. Hydro jet approximately 135’ of 6” sewer from manhole west of Humanities, to lateral connecting Humanities to sewer main. Using pipe liner method, line approximately 135’ of 6” main from manhole to Humanities lateral connecting to sewer main. Re-instate 4” lateral coming from CSS building, connecting to 6” main. 3. We are requesting all work performed to be done using pipe liner and trenchless method to avoid any disturbance to new landscape and hardscape located throughout the area where to scope of work will be taking place.
