Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Contractor shall provide collection test tubes with screwcap that are 16x 100mm Transport Tube, 10mL in size and 3mL in Volume.; 2.2. Contractor shall provide swabs of 33 mm in size.; 2.3. Contractor shall provide samples of the VTM test tube and 33 mm swabs to County PHL without charge to ensure compatibility with the equipment upon request.; 2.4. Contractor shall communicate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or designee of any concerns such as availability of inventory or delivery concerns as soon as the information becomes available via email and phone call.; 2.5. Only new products shall be accepted. Equipment that has been used in any way, refurbished, reconditioned, or gray market is absolutely unacceptable and will be rejected and returned at contractor’s cost.; 2.6. Specifications: 2.6.1. Nest Scientific 10mL Sterile Screw-Cap Transport Tube with 3mL VTM, 100 Vials or Equal; 2.6.2. Copan 16x100mm Transport Tube with Red Screw Cap and 3mL UTM Transport Media or Equal; 2.6.3. Puritan Medical Products (MFR# 25-3606-H) Specimen Collection Swab HydraFlock 6 Inch Length Sterile with breakpoint at 30MM or Equal; 2.6.4. Flocked Swab Peel Pouch 30MM BP BX100 (VWR #10755-188) or Equal; 2.7. All order requests shall go to the Primary Contractor who shall have up to forty-eight (48) hours from receipt of PHL’s order request, to confirm product delivery within 30 calendar days. If the response is determined by PHL to not meet expectations, then PHL shall place an order to the Secondary Contractor who shall have up to forty-eight (48) hours from receipt PHL’s order request to confirm delivery.
