Provide a detailed scope of work and include all subcontracting parties for this project Gather Chiller Data and adhere to all manufacturer’s recommendations of Absorber #2 and #4 Provide transportation to and from the facility of ALL labor, tools, material, miscellaneous equipment, trash, debris, scrap, and other items required to complete the project. Transportation must be suitable for the job and provide safe handling of equipment Extract All Generator tubes and thoroughly clean Chiller tube sheet surface and holes. Tube sheet holes shall be cleaned utilizing stainless steel brushes in preparation for new tubes and clear of dust and debris Procure and furnish 524 new copper tubes size .625 OD X 0.28 UF Wall X 280 1/4” in length. Awarded Bidder shall replace the original copper tubes with 524 new tubes, that shall remain equivalent in performance and size as to the original dimensions. The County defines NEW as an item that has not been damaged, refurbished, or used prior to this installation
