The Contractor shall provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services for each patient eligible for refugee health assessments through the State of California funded Refugee Health Assessment Program (RHAP). Services will be provided by Physicians, Medical Assistants (MA), Interpreters, Phlebotomist(s) and Nurse(s) in accordance with RHAP standards and per the direction of the County of San Diego, Refugee Health Program Coordinator. The Contractor shall provide education about the medical and/or mental health conditions that have been identified during assessment and referred for treatment and follow-up. Contractor shall be responsible for all patient data collection and entry per County standards, medical billing, quality assurance activities for program operations, transportation, and all other activities required to document and meet RHAP outcome objectives.
