Training, technical assistance, professional development, and incentives for early learning providers and programs C. Peer mentoring and professional learning communities D. Program quality improvement planning with early learning providers and programs E. Co-leading, data collection, reporting for early learning initiatives Quality Counts, F5CA IMPACT Legacy & Regional Hub with F5SMC. F. Maintain the SMC Quality Counts website in partnership with consortia partners G. Collaboration with parents through meaningful family engagement. H. Administer sub-contractor and or MOU agreements and facilitate partner meetings I. Data collection and reporting for this RFA J. Demonstrate how activities in this RFA compliment and align with other early learning and quality supports provided by the applicant K. Collaborate with F5SMC on advocacy related to quality improvement and the broader early education and care sector (i.e. advancing equity in the QRIS/QI System, family centered approaches in the new mixed delivery system, funding stream alignment etc. L. Participation in F5SMC Early Childhood Mental Health Systems Network and Community of Practice
