As a precursor to the PSB construction, the City is constructing an adjoining 630 space California Avenue Parking Garage (Cal Ave. Garage) located on city-owned parking lot C-7 across Birch Street. Due to the need to minimize parking loss in the area, the construction of the PSB will not begin until the Cal Ave Garage is completed and operational.
