Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers from qualified firms to establish a five (5) year contract for professional services related to the development, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) to include, but not be limited to, the following: patient registration and scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, patient portal access, medication inventory, and reporting services. The County of San Luis Obispo Public Health Department (PHD) is seeking an electronic health record (EHR) system for the clinical programs managed by the PHD. The programs that will utilize the solution are as follows: Reproductive Health Communicable Disease and Immunization (CDIZ) Tuberculosis Control Oral Health Medical Therapy Units (MTU); Physical and Occupational Therapy Juvenile Services Center (JSC) Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health Field Nursing Suspected Abuse Response Team (SART) Enhanced Care Management and Street Medicine Medically Indigent Services Program (MISP)
