Specifications include, but are not limited to: . Project Management: Designate a Project Manager responsible for the overall services provided by the CONSULTANT. Provide a detailed project schedule and provide updates with each invoice or when significant changes in the project scope or schedule occur. Prepare monthly progress reports describing the progress of the design; expenditure ofthe budget; key issues to be resolved; and other important information. 2. Progress Meetings: Meet with CITY staff at key points throughout the course of the project to review and discuss the overall progress and other project management tasks. Progress meetings shall include the initial kickoff meeting and design review meetings at 50%, 95%, and 100% design submittals. Monthly development team progress/working meetings with all stakeholders shall be included for a total of 18 months. At least one ofthe meetings may include a City Council meeting Presentation (100% design submittal). Meetings will be held at CITY offices. 3. Public Workshop: CONSULTANT shall attend and facilitate two public workshop in addition to the above meetings. CITY staff will coordinate the workshop but the CONSULTANT will be tasked with preparing exhibits and addressing technical questions from the participants.
