Project goal and objectives – ARMC is seeking a contractor to perform monthly preventative
maintenance, quarterly communication system maintenance and adjustments, emergency repairs
and 24 hour customer support. The preventative maintenance and support service is needed to
ensure the BAS is operating properly. The service will also allow the ARMCs Central Plant to be made
aware of failures as soon as they occur and quickly begin repair or get a contractor in route to address
system issues. The contractor shall furnish all required labor, parts, documentation and reporting to
provide this service.
