Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1. Meet and confer with SMUD to Plan the Detailed Scope and Schedule for AutoDR Program Delivery Task 1 is designed to plan the detailed scope of the work for the overall AutoDR program delivery, refine SMUD and Contractor roles and responsibilities, and determine marketing, recruitment, and technical coordination requirements for operating the AutoDR program. Deliverables: o Kickoff meeting(s) SMUD Team o Development of the detailed work scope, plan, and schedule to effectively meet the goals and objectives of the AutoDR program. Task 2. Recruit AutoDR Commercial Customer Participants Task 2 is designed to provide a detailed basis for recruiting customers for the PowerDirect program. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the Strategic Account Advisor (SAA) staff and program management staff to identify, engage, recruit, enroll, and “enable” AutoDR strategies in customer facilities sufficient to meet or exceed program objectives. The Contractor will maintain a database of perspective customers, customer engagements and customer responses.
