Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conduct field construction inspection for the District throughout the project including the installation of waterline and appurtenances, pressure test, disinfection, and other improvements. 2. Coordinate with property owners for meter relocations, in-tract service installations, and other project related matters. 3. Review construction plans to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, Federal, State, and Local Regulations. 4. Observe, document, record, and complete activity and progress reports, including taking photos and videos of work sites before and during construction. 5. Complete daily inspection reports in Procore. 6. Interpret drawings and specifications and respond to questions from contractor. 7. Participate in pre-construction and bi-weekly construction meetings. 8. Review, recommend for approval, and/or reject progress payments and change orders; review submittals, requests for information, reports and other related documents.
