Specifications include, but are not limited to: On call plumbing services include but are not limited to the labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary for the service, repair, maintenance, replacement, installation, and/or upgrade of plumbing systems in all CAPK buildings. Plumbing systems include, but are not limited to; piping, hot water piping, domestic hot water piping, cold water piping, domestic water, natural gas piping, drain piping, fittings, domestic hot water heaters, pumps, drains, vents, clean outs, toilets, faucets, fixtures, sanitary systems and any other associated plumbing. On call plumbing services include response to service requests as well as emergency response for related plumbing needs. Contractor shall provide all non‐emergency work during normal business hours unless deemed by CAPK to be disruptive to the normal operations of the organization or an emergency. Contractor shall provide Dispatcher services – 24 Hours/7 Days a week including weekends and holidays so that the Contractor shall respond to calls for service to any CAPK property. ‐ Emergency Response Time: Contractor must respond within 1 hour for emergencies. ‐ Urgent Response Time: Contractor must respond within 1 day. ‐ Routine Response Time: Contractor must respond within no more than 2 days.
