1. CITY PROVIDED PLANS SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED FOR CONSTRUCTION. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE CITY REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS BEFORE CONSTRUCTION. 2. Remove existing grass and grade per field layout instructions. 3. Remove existing infield soil mixture +/-3” to 6” thick and save. 4. Install new grass per plan. +/-54,070 SF Type of Grass shall be a blend of 50% Kentucky Bluegrass and 50% RPR (Regenerating Perennial Ryegrass) in 4’ x 125’ rolls. Provide submittals to city for approval before use. 5. Install new soil mixture, pitching mounds, bull pen per plan. Infield and warning track mix shall be a blend of fire clay brick dust, sand and loam clay screened to 1/8” minus. Provide submittals to city for approval before use. Pitching Mounds shall be 100% pure clay, screened to 1/8” minus with conditioner for more absorption. Provide submittals to city for approval before use. 6. Remove and replace CLF 6’ high along 4th St. (+/-320’) Also remove existing vegetation and tree stumps along removed clf and tree stump by dugout. 7. Add additional CLF 6’ high in front of dugouts. +/-60’ LF 8. Add 3 clf 4’ gate to pitchers’ bull pen (1st base side), 4th St. dugout and near score board (left field). 9. Remove existing vegetation and soil and place decomposed granite. Color will be determined by City. +/-7,700 SF 10.Remove existing vegetation area where ground cover will be placed by others. +/-1,610 SF 11.Place Concrete mow strip +/- 85’ lf per city std. DWG. 602 (see attachment) CURB ONLY WITH TWO HORIZONTAL #4 REBAR. 12.ALTERNATIVE BID: Remove existing backstop and install new chain link fence (clf) backstop, +/-110’ length x 30’ height hooded, per manufactures approved installation instructions or structural/civil engineer’s approval.
