Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Sacramento is soliciting Consultants to provide professional services to the City of Sacramento (City) for pavement condition data collection and updating of the City’s Pavement Management Application (PMA). The PMA update will include data entry of field survey results into the City’s StreetSaver® PMA database. The City uses StreetSaver developed by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC).The City of Sacramento maintains approximately 3075 lane miles of streets in their PMA. To accurately and effectively manage these assets and be able to proactively schedule maintenance activities, surface distress data must be collected on these segments. The pavement surface distress data collection should identify the type of distresses present on each pavement segment, and determine their severity and quantity. The collected data is to be analyzed to produce an overall Pavement Condition Index (PCI).
