This Amendment 1 is available in the Bidders Library to offerors currently in the competition. This amendment captures Class Deviations 2025-O0003/2025-O0004 and makes various adminstrative changes to include removal of contracts specialist, Mr. Brett Beljak who is replaced by Mr. Ho hyung Lee. This amendment does not extend the proposal due date. This is NOT a request for proposals. Offerors currently in the competition are notified within the source selection process. 16 Dec 2024 - Clarification: The Bidder's Library has a maximum file size of 4GB to submit proposal. Offerors are reminded that IAW Section L, paragraph 2(c) Electronic Proposals are due no later than 4:00 P.M., local Los Angeles, CA time on 19 December 2024. Electronic copies shall be uploaded to the Bidder’s Library. Alternatively... two (2) electronic copies of the proposal shall be delivered on CD-ROMs. Electronic Proposals may be hand carried, mailed via courier service to the physical address below so they are received by the contracting office by the due date and time.

22 Nov 2024 - RFP Amendment: Following a review of the RFP, the Government issues an amendment to the Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors (Section L), Contract Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW), and Contract Attachment 2 - Compliance and Reference List. Section L 3.0.a: has been revised to clarify that a complete proposal includes 6 volumes all of which will be within the required page limits outline in Table 1. SOW Section 1.1.1.2 subparagraph a.1 has been updated to remove reference to the Capability Development Document (CDD). The Government amends Contract Attachment 2 - Compliance and Reference Document list to remove line PTS-G TEMP and CDD as a reference document. PATS CONOPS is added as reference document. As a result of the changes, the dates of the Attachments under Section J of the solicitation are revised accordingly. All potential offerors are reminded that in accordance with Section M, 2.2, failure to comply with terms and conditions of the solicitation could render the proposal ineligible for award. The Proposal due date of 19 Dec 2024 @ 1600 Pacific Time remains unchanged. Continue monitoring the bidder’s library as well as SAM.gov for clarifications and updates.
6 Nov 2024 - Bidder's Library Update: A few folders in the bidder’s library were inadverntely not up to date in terms of administrative changes. The team immediately rectified the situation and on Wednesday, 6 Nov 2024 the correct RFP documents were uploaded and updated. The documents updated are attachment 2 - compliance and reference documents list and the DIDs within the folder entitled CDRL Package - DiDs. The compliance and documents folders have been update to include the laIest versions. Review the documentation and folders if you or someone in your company downloaded the documents prior to 1500 PST on 6 Nov 2024.

1. The Government intends to competitively award up to four (4) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for PTS-G as well as PTS-G Design and Demonstration Delivery Order 001.
