Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Los Banos Police Headquarters/Station, located at 1111 G Street in Los Banos California will be positioned on a 4.7 acre site. This $18.5 million dollar design/build project will be approximately 28,000sf between the main building (25,000sf) and adjacent outbuilding (3,000sf). The new headquarters will include a new Dispatch Center, Community Outreach space (Pal), Community meeting space, as well as Police department divisions that include the Traffic Department, Code Enforcement, Detectives, Detention area, Sally port, Briefing Room and Evidence Storage. Additional space within the main building include Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms, Training Room, Break Room, Sleeping quarters and several Conference Rooms. The Outbuilding will include two Vehicle Processing bays, additional evidence storage space and general storage.
