The County of Riverside Purchasing on behalf of Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health (RUHS-BH) is soliciting quotations for an event venue and services as detailed in this RFQ. RUHS-BH – Mental Health Service Act (MHSA) Pretension and Early Intervention (PEI) Administration is hosting an annual Suicide Prevention Conference. The goal of this conference is to enhance understanding and ultimately reduce the incidence of suicide through collective efforts and knowledge sharing amongst mental health advocates. The program is seeking proposals for all their needs for this event, which include, but is not limited to event space location, set up (including stage, tables, chairs, seating, and linens), breakout rooms, janitorial, security, host/servers, catering (breakfast, lunch, dessert and drinks), parking, and audio visual (including equipment and technicians). Cost should be inclusive to include all items listed. The event is scheduled for October 2, 2025, but the program is flexible with dates and will accept any Tuesday or Thursday in October 2025. The location of the venue must be in the Desert Palm Springs Area. Approximately 500 attendees will be in attendance
