Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District currently utilizes Oracle Software-as-a-Service Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) for payroll, benefits, HR, absence management, employee self-service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MS) and Learn. Several integrations exist between our on-premise Oracle E-Business instance (EBS), WorkForce Time and Attendance, ADP Tax Filing, Known2U, CalPERS, and on-premise Datawarehouse. These interfaces use a combination of integration technologies including API calls, Oracle Service Oriented Architecture suite, and flat-file transfers and reporting services. The District’s Oracle Fusion environment consists of four pods: Development, Payroll Development, Test, and Production.The District was the first public sector agency to implement Oracle HCM in November 2016. Since the implementation, the District has continued to configure, test, and validate each quarterly maintenance update and has also transitioned to the new user interface (NUX). Oracle Learn (OLC) was implemented in May 2020. Additional modules expected to implement include recruitment, performance reviews, compensation, and onboarding. The District also plans to optimize a number of processes, continue to address configuration needs, and expand manager self-service features.The District is soliciting well-qualified firms to provide technical and functional managed services, best-practice and product feature advice and general consulting services for all HCM modules listed including additional modules that are implemented during the support period. Preferred vendors would be requested to propose implementation services for licensed modules not in production. These projects would be considered standalone projects and would be incorporated in managed services after implementation.
