III.A Service Types Through this IFB, the City seeks to award contracts to multiple vendors to provide the following services: Facilities Maintenance, Repairs, and Related Services: Provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for various facility components, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and aesthetics of buildings and structures. Street Maintenance, Repairs, and Related Services: Provide comprehensive repair services for streets, sidewalks, and related infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient transportation networks. Parks, Trails, and Median Renovation, Maintenance, Repairs, and Related Services: Provide comprehensive repair, renovation, and construction services for parks, trails, and street medians to enhance public spaces and recreational areas. Utilities - Water and Sewer Maintenance, Repairs, and Related Services: Provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and upgrade services for water and sewer systems to ensure efficient and reliable utility operations. All services shall require the appropriate License.
