Specifications include, but are not limited to: Litter and Debris Removal: Removal of litter from City owned public right-of-way and private property as instructed by Community Services & Code Enforcement, Neighborhood Law Program, Public Works Department, or Fire Prevention. This activity may include large items such as tires, refrigerators, and other large debris. Vegetation Control: Controlling vegetation in and around drainage ditches or other City owned facilities, public right-of-ways, and private property as instructed by Community Services & Code Enforcement, Neighborhood Law Program, Public Works Department, or Fire Prevention. Lawn and Small Area Mowing: Cutting of weeds and vegetation using small mowers or hand equipment such as weed eaters on medians, City-owned public areas, right-of-ways, and private property as instructed by Community Services & Code Enforcement, Neighborhood Law Program, Public Works Department, or Fire Prevention. Fence Repair: Repair fences per the most current City of Vallejo Standard Specifications on City-owned public areas, right-of-ways, and private property as instructed by Community Services & Code Enforcement, Neighborhood Law Program, Public Works Department, or Fire Prevention. Repair activities could include replacement of large portions of existing fence. Window and Building Board-Ups: Board-up and secure dangerous/open buildings as ordered by Community Services & Code Enforcement, Neighborhood Law Program, Public Works Department, and Fire Prevention. Miscellaneous Handy-Work: Minor repairs, reconfiguration of work areas, installation of equipment (e.g. lockers), etc.
