Specifications include, but are not limited to: Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) seeks proposals to provide INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) INFRASTRUCTURE OPERATIONS SUPPORT SERVICES on an On-Call, AsNeeded basis as directed by LAWA’s Information Management and Technology Group (IMTG). Work is generally divided into two areas: 1) IT System improvements projects; and 2) IT Operation, Maintenance and Support Services. IMTG staff, sometimes augmented by consultants and contractors, performs both IT project and operational work. ITMG’s IT Service Desk connects all IT services to the rest of LAWA. Any request coming to IMTG for computer support, equipment repair, and/or other IT related services is initiated through and tracked by the IT Service Desk.
