A. Provide extensive experience in economic development and redevelopment, including but not limited to strategic planning, development finance mechanisms, pro forma analysis, small business outreach, coordination of aligned resources such as the SBA, and general best practices. B. Integrate seamlessly into staff to support current projects and programs. C. Adapt and respond to changing priorities and potentially develop new programs or projects to address shifting economic development needs in the community. D. Provide guidance and recommendations on Town activities that support or relate to economic development and redevelopment. E. Have sufficient capacity to respond quickly and comprehensively to assignments that may arise with little to no notice.
