This contract is for Engineering Plan Review and City Surveyor Services. The engineering plan review services include, but are not limited to, plan check review of improvement plans, site improvement design, hydrology and hydraulic reports, stormwater control plans, traffic signal plans, traffic signal timing, joint trench plans, streetlighting plans and photometrics, and other engineering functions as needed. The project management services include, but are not limited to, coordinating and being responsible for scheduling meetings, managing the project schedule, establishing milestones per Caltrans standards, construction document preparation and bidding, preparing and distributing minutes, field reviews, tracking action items, and preparing all submissions for the City to submit to Caltrans and other project management functions as needed. The city surveyor services include plan check review of lot-line adjustments, parcel maps, tentative maps, final maps and other surveyor functions as needed
