Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Consultant will be responsible for providing on-call land surveying services to the Department of Public Works. Upon the City’s request, the land surveying consultant shall schedule and complete the requested work in a timely manner. On-call land surveying services include, but are not limited to the following:• Provide technical review of SMA documents including, but not limited to subdivision maps, parcel maps, lot line adjustments, lot merges, easements, street abandonments, records of survey, certificates of correction and other SMA activities as directed by the Department of Public Works.• Provide written correspondence listing out review comments and redline mark-ups of the documents they have reviewed for technical correctness. • Acknowledge approval of technically correct documents by stamping approved documents with an “Approved” stamp with their initials or signature and date of approval.• Provide field surveying services such as locating property corners, City street right-of-way, centerlines, and other physical features as may be directed. • Provide presentations and oral reports to City Council as may be requested by the Director of Public Works.
