Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Project Administration i. Meetings The Owner’s Agent team will be required to attend a project implementation meeting that is to be scheduled by the Contract Administrator after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The meeting will be held virtually or at the LADWP’s office at 111 N. Hope St., Los Angeles, CA. The Owner’s Agent Program Manager and key project staff must attend the implementation meeting. During Phase 1, which consists of design and preconstruction services, the project team coordination meetings will be held biweekly at minimum. During Phase 2, which consists of construction services, the project team coordination meetings will be held weekly at minimum. These meetings are in addition to other meetings which may include, but not limited to, coordination meetings with regulatory agencies, construction meetings, and design review meetings. The meetings will be held at the LADWP’s office or in-virtual meetings. The Owner’s Agent Program Manager and key project staff must attend these meetings. ii. Project Coordination The Owner’s Agent team shall, in the proposal, identify a Program Manager. The Program Manager shall be the primary contact for the LADWP, and shall have a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the project and its status. B. Design-Build Procurement i. Development of the Progressive Design-Build Services RFP Package The Owner’s Agent shall assist LADWP with the preparation of procurement documents and construction contracts including specifications, evaluation criteria, and performance requirements which conform to LADWP requirements; and the development of the solicitation approach and related documents such as, but not limited to, Request for Proposal and contract agreements.
