Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of San Diego Sheriff's Department is seeking information on the availability of outsourcing Human Resources (HR) for the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) Program. HIDTA is a federal grant program, funded by the Office of National Drug Control Policy, and currently has three fiduciaries to process all grant related expenditures which include Salaries and Benefits, Overtime, Services and Supplies. HIDTA is looking to outsource payroll and HR services to an outside HR company that would serve as an employer to about 20 to 25 employees on behalf of the HIDTA Program. The HR Company shall be expected to handle all payroll and HR related responsibilities for approximately 25 HIDTA employees. HIDTA employees work in different locations throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties, and they are all non-sworn and professional staff - mainly composed of intelligence analysts and administrative staff.
