Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objective of the District is to select a staffing agency that will centralize and consolidate the daily management of its temporary school based vacant employee positions (Classified & Certificated) utilizing approved staffing agencies via SELPA Master contractors or Independent contractors. The District intends to establish a subcontractor agreement or relationship that will enable the selected staffing agency to oversee and coordinate staffing needs with all incumbent agency contractors. The staffing service provider will work with all contracted staffing agencies in good faith to meet the District’s staffing requirements in an efficient and timely manner. The staffing service provider shall customize a software technology for the purpose of the District’s staff management requests, tracking of staffing needs, data related to staffed positions, pending staffing needs, timesheet records, accounts billable and accounts payable.
